The course is divided into two parts, a one-day workshop and one-day experiential training on a sailboat. The following day you will use what you have learned about leadership and being part of a team on an actual sailboat.

Successful Team

  • Your team will fail if there is fierce individualism, beating others to promotions and no collaboration.
  • Teams mission and its potential on the organization
  • You need a team and not just one or two individuals
  • You need to create a team that will interact
  • Team is focused on mission and role
  • You as the leader are always present.
